I'm currently arranging interviews with Hamish MacDonald. He's interested in discussing healthcare data and how the patient can capture it, own it, and potentially monetize it. One of the things he's very excited about is the potential for this technology to be used for parents to have all their child's records in one place, especially for kids with medical diagnoses. There's also the potential for this to be used to find other parents that have children with similar issues to form support groups.
He's got international experience in the health care industry for the past 20 years. He's extremely knowledgeable but also really easy to talk with and he can break down big ideas.
Hamish is originally from New Zealand. He started building medical software to serve clinicians and patients in Japan in the early 2000s. He's worked with iOS healthcare solutions. He's worked with large tech companies and healthcare software to create a turnkey virtual hospital and remote monitoring system to connect patients, caregivers, and clinicians.
