I became a therapist to help others navigate the difficult and challenging course of life and
particularly to help women overcome the serious life-threatening implications of dealing with
eating disorders.
My life mission is to help women be all that they can be – increase their self-esteem, help them
find their voice and find freedom from shame, guilt, and negativity.
I inspire, empower, enlighten, encourage, energize, teach, coach, and role model behaviors.
Patients praise me for my consistency, empathy, kindness, even-tempered nature, helpfulness,
thoughtfulness, authenticity, caring, generosity, elegance, class, and style.
I give women their lives back.
