Today's guest is Dr. Alex Neimczura, who has a Doctorate in Biomedical Science (Neuroscience) from Northeast Ohio Medical University & Kent State University. Through her studies and practice, she has discovered that communication is an important and fundamental part of our everyday lives and relationships. Listening and hearing is something that many people take for granted, but there’s a lot of benefits to thinking about how it affects our children or grandchildren. In addition, what we say can provide a lot of information about our emotions, and, conversely, the things we hear affect the way we feel! This is information is vital to helping parents and grandparents have a better understanding of their communicative relationship with their child or grandchild.
